Streamfact Solutions Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Refund Policy

a. Deposit and Payments:

i. A non-refundable deposit may be required to initiate a project, as specified in the project agreement.

ii. Refunds for services rendered may be considered under exceptional circumstances and will be at the discretion of Streamfact Solutions.

b. Unsatisfactory Services:

i. If a client is dissatisfied with the delivered project, Streamfact Solutions will work to address and rectify the issues promptly.

ii. Refunds will be considered if efforts to resolve issues are unsuccessful, and the project does not meet the agreed-upon specifications.

c. Abandonment of Project:

i. If a client abandons a project after work has commenced and provides no feedback or communication for an extended period, Streamfact Solutions reserves the right to retain any payments made and consider the project terminated.

2. Cancellation Policy

a. Client-initiated Cancellations:

i. Clients may cancel a project at any time. However, the non-refundable deposit will not be returned.

ii. If the cancellation occurs after significant work has been completed, Streamfact Solutions may invoice for the work completed up to the cancellation date.

b. Streamfact Solutions-initiated Cancellations:

i. Streamfact Solutions reserves the right to cancel a project at any stage due to unforeseen circumstances, such as technical issues, non-compliance with terms, or other valid reasons.

ii. In the event of Streamfact Solutions-initiated cancellation, the client will be refunded any payments made for work not yet completed.

3. Communication of Cancellations

a. Client Responsibility:

i. Clients must communicate cancellations in writing, providing details and reasons for the cancellation.

ii. Streamfact Solutions will acknowledge the cancellation and provide relevant instructions or invoices.

b. Streamfact Solutions Responsibility:

i. In the event of Streamfact Solutions-initiated cancellations, clients will be notified promptly, and the reasons for cancellation will be communicated.

4. Refund and Cancellation Procedure

a. Submit Requests:

i. Requests for refunds or cancellations must be submitted in writing to [contact@streamfact.com].

ii. The request should include the client’s name, project details, and reasons for the refund or cancellation.

b. Review and Response:

i. Streamfact Solutions will review the request and respond within a reasonable timeframe.

ii. Refunds, if approved, will be processed using the original payment method.

5. Policy Changes

a. Streamfact Solutions reserves the right to update or modify this Refund and Cancellation Policy at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
